Dmitry Sytnik, currently Director for R&D of Centre for AI Science and Technology of NTI at MIPT. Graduated MIPT in 2000 with a degree in applied mathematics and physics, completed a doctorate degree in theoretical foundations of Informatics in 2006. Dmitry started his career in the Russian research center "Kurchatov Institute". Later he worked in "RBC SOFT", implementing projects on management systems. He acts as independent expert of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Russian Federation, focusing on evaluation of bids and outcomes of R&D projects. Starting 2007, Dmitry is the director of Complex Systems Ltd., which develops projects on automation of education, solutions based on artificial intelligence, blockchain development. Clients include the Ministry of Science and Education of the Russian Federation, the Government of the Moscow region, RIA "Interfax", CJSC "Softline", Strategy Partners Group, the First Moscow state medical University. Sechenov Institute, Ministry of Health, Antalis, Idemitsu.
