Pavel Anisimov was born on November 2, 1981 in Moscow.
In 2004 he graduated from the Faculty of Information Technology of Moscow State Institute of Electronics and Mathematics.
From 2005 to 2010 worked in Closed Joint-Stock Company “I.S.P.A. – Engineering”, where he managed to move up the career ladder from being
an ordinary manager to a deputy head of business direction and was engaged
in introducing digital technologies in the largest Russian television companies,
such as NTV, NTV +, VGTRK, Expert TV channel and others. Many of the projects implemented by him included the digital transformation of classic television production processes like business processes for creating and issuing news programs, introducing digital archives and creating a completely “digital” news channel called Expert.
From 2010 to 2014, Pavel continued his career at the intersection of media
and information technology in the Russian representative office of Microsoft, where he was responsible for interaction with the media industry.
In 2014, Pavel entered the civil service in the Ministry of Communications and Mass Media of The Russian Federation, where until November 2015,
he was in charge of development and import substitution in domestic IT.
Since November 2017, Pavel joined the team of ANPO “Digital Economy”, where he is responsible, among other things, for development of new areas of the Digital Economy program of the Russian Federation.
