Portfolio Manager at Cluster of advanced manufacturing technologies, nuclear and space technologies of Skolkovo Foundation - one of the leading innovation support institutions of Russian Federation.
In 2009 he became Master in Space Activities and Telecommunications Law at the University of Paris-Sud XI (France).
From 2010 until 2013 he worked in the main research institute of the Russian space agency - TsNIIMash. In this position he was the coordinator of the National Contact Point "Space" of the EU's Seventh Framework Programme for Research (FP7) and Working Group on Space Science and Technology of EU-Russia Space Dialogue.
Since 2011 he is a PhD student at the State Institute of International Relations in Moscow (MGIMO). His subject of research - international legal framework for space debris remediation
Since 2013 he supports private space startups, particularly small satellites, components and systems for space systems, small launch vehicles. He is responsible for analysis of current trends in space activities and Cluster international cooperation. His main areas of interest are space economy, policy and law, more particularly Space 2.0, small satellites, space debris, public-private partnerships and international cooperation in space activities.
